Mimi Thebo

Mimi Thebo is a writer for young people and adults. She is also Senior Teaching Fellow in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University.

Mimi began writing seriously after doing an M.A. in Creative Writing at Bath Spa, writing THE SAINT WHO LOVED ME, WIPE OUT, HIT THE ROAD, JACK, and GET REAL. She has since completed her PhD in Creative Writing.

Her current title, WELCOME TO EUDORA, is an utterly charming story that unfolds in a remarkable, small town in Kansas adjusting to the emergence of its previously isolated Hispanic population, told in a voice that will remind readers of Garrison Keillor.

Mimi lives in a small market town between Bath and Bristol in Somerset, England with her husband, daughter and their cat.
