Richard Guilliatt has been a journalist for 30 years and is the author of TALK OF THE DEVIL: Repressed Memory and the Ritual Abuse Witch-Hunt (Text 1996). He is currently working on THE WOLF ODYSSEY: The True Story of an Epic Journey of Destruction in World War I with Peter Hohnen, which will be published in 2009 in Australia by Random House, in the U.K. by Transworld, and in the U.S. and Canada by Free Press.

His work has appeared in many leading newspapers and magazines including the Independent, the Sunday Times Magazine, the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times. In 2000 he won Australia's highest award for magazine feature writing, the Walkley.
