Annabel Dilke is a novelist, journalist, and screenwriter whose books have been shortlisted for numerous awards.

She has worked for the Daily Telegraph, the United Nations in New York, and–for the bulk of her career–as a reporter for the BBC World Service.

THE INHERITANCE was her first book to be published in the United States, followed by SECRET RELATIONS and A PERFECT REVENGE. She has a daughter and lives in South London.
